NUCLEAR POWER : A STEPPING STONE TO NATURAL CALAMITY

To venture into the business of generating electricity through nuclear power , is a common sight in many nations.Preventive measures will no doubt be taken, but earthquake and Tsunami  do not possess the qualities of  mercy and sympathy.  The  resulting radiation that would gallop like an unbridled horse, knows no friendship.  It would  not take permission of the authorities. It would not undertake interrogation before
it treated the innocents ruthlessly. The only thing it would be eager to show ,would be its disastrous power, and the speed with which it would  encompass to take the biggest radius possible, that can give
a  big circumference. It does not know things like mercy, sympathy and human concern. It has got to do only with the laws of nature. Hence, man should decide whether he should abide by the proverb,’ prevention is better than cure’ or to imperil the ecology. Repentance cannot bring back the lost things. The only preceding thing to be done is curbing down the foolish and crazy desires, and go ahead with the genuine source of energy.
To embark on the business of harnessing the solar heat to ignite and illuminate the world would be a welcome relief.  This is perhaps , the only way to generate the cheapest electricity with zero risk.  This would not only create a carbon-free world but also a world that would give no scope for nuclear radiation. The only thing  left to be done is about how to bring down the cost of the solar establishment and its panels. This would not be so difficult. It can become possible if various means of
establishments and low cost production of the panels are explored meticulously . More research has to be carried out before  the pollution levels give rise to ecological imbalance. We have been traditionally tuned by our cultural establishment to wait for the things to happen. It is time we made things happen.
